The farm produces wine, from grapes strictly selected from neighboring vineyards. The Winery of the farm, has bet in a different cellar by choice, trying to experiment and go to find a product of great organollectic profile and innovative features.
We are always looking for a superior product that we can satisfy. All the taste and healthy strength of a product comes from entirely organic agriculture.
Our oil is born from the wise combination of olives of mixed varieties coming from trees of 50 years, cultivated and followed constantly during the whole course of the year in our estate in the heart of the Pisan hills.
