Just listen to the plants in the field. And above all it is enough to know what to put in the bottle. Then the rest comes by itself. An exclusively natural pressing. In pursuit of the problems that our old men managed to obtain.
Our oil comes from the wise combination of olives of mixed varieties coming from trees of over fifty years, cultivated and followed constantly during the whole year in our estate in the heart of the Pisan Hills.
A product with very low acidity and intense and persistent flavors.
The oil is pressed with exclusively mechanical processes and cold worked, unfiltered. We bring the olives harvested from our plants to the Casciana mill. This is why we like to define our product as a zero-kilometer product. We collect, transport a short distance and after a few hours we break.
Superior quality oil, persistent at the same time very delicate. Low Tartaglia is noted for its fruity aromas. after having warmed the glass in hand, the aromas of sweet almond and artichoke heart leaves come to the nose.
At sight Tartaglia Bassa shows a golden color, clear, with reflections of bright green. The slight harshness of the impact on the palate is immediately balanced with the pleasantness of aromas of dried fruit, in a mixture of sensations that enhances the complexity of the product without affecting its genuineness in any way.
Extraordinarily suited for seasoning white meats and fish, it is able to accompany the most delicate tastes.
